RETURN POLICY
Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns or exchanges.
We accept return of products. Customers can apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product. Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition, resaleable and original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please keep the receipt.

DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.
Cancellation
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund by the same payment method you purchased the items.
Returns
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

Custom-order or personalized items cannot be refunded.
If the return is caused by the customer, customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. The specific charges will be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our fault, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping charges for this reason.We will take care of that.
We WILL NOT charge any restocking fee if the the items are returned for any reason.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 to 5 business days of taking the decision.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 5 to 7 business days time take by the processing bank before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@dealsnotout.com. We will try to make it right as soon as possible.
