Shipping and Delivery

We want to be very honest and transparent with our customers about the shipping time even though we end up losing the sale. We are not like others who tell lies just to get few dollars only to give you disappointment and ruin your purpose.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

Total delivery time= Processing time + Shipping time

1. Processing time

       Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to         the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is                placed.

  • All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
  • We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-7 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.

          *Please note that we don't ship on weekend or holidays.

  • In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

2. Shipping time

The actual shipping time is based on the shipping method in your order.

  • Standard Shipping:10-18 Business Days
  • Fast Shipping:4-6 Business Days

*Please note that the public holidays, destination countries and couriers will be affected the shipping time.

These times may be extended during holidays.

Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, at times there may be a delay in the dispatch of your order or increased delivery times. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited by (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Some of the products will be shipped from different fulfillment service in different countries.

Currently, we are offering FREE GROUND SHIPPING on every product worldwide for the month of Dec 2020.

Currently we are only shipping to USA, CANADA, UK, AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND only but soon we will start in other countries too.
